Originally licensed by the Missouri Board of Professional Engineers, Bill is licensed in six other states. Bill is active in the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, the Professional Engineers in Private Practice, the American Concrete Institute, the Portland Cement Association and the Springfield Contractors Association. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Ozarks Science and Engineering Fair Foundation. Bill received his degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Chi Epsilon, both engineering honor societies.
